How can we register our University / College / training institute for Technology License OpenCourseWare Membership?
Send email with your Institution detail at tlicense@googlemail.com and we will send you membership form (pdf format) through email. There is no membership fee and TL-OCW membership is open for all universities, colleges and training institutions.

Do Technology License OpenCourseWare charge membership fee ?
There is no membership fee.

What is OpenCourseWare Legal Status?
Opencourseware is a content provider company. We simple provide course contents to universities, colleges and institutions. Please note that we are not a university nor a college neither institution. All courses offered by us are privately developed and our courses are not accreditated or approved by any goverment department.

Can anyone license full courses from Technology License OpenCourseWare?
TL-OCW courses, courseware and support is available to all Universities, Colleges and Institutions.

Our University / College or Institute is not accreditated with goverment, can we apply for membership?
Every training institution either goverment accreditated or privately accreditated can be the member of TL-OCW. The only requirement is that you should have a physical or online campus and desire to teach.

Do Technology License OpenCourseWare also provide goverment license to open / operate training institution?
We can-not and do not provide any kind of license to open / start or manage the operations of a university or college or institution to anyone. TL-OCW only providing free course material + delivery platform in technology / management based courses for the benefit of students.

Why do i need Technology License OpenCourseWare support?
We provide courses along with full syllabus, study material in video streaming format. You can offer world class courses under your brand without investing huge money in technology and research. TL-OCW do not charge any fees or share in income. Its all free.

Who will offer certificates to students after they finish courses at client institutions?
We only provide course, study material, lectures, examination system everything to conduct quality online courses from your campus. Client institute will only issue the appropriate certificates (degree \ diploma \ certificates) after student finish course from your campus. Client institutions can however use TL-OCW logo on their certificates after approval. In case Client institutions print our logo on certificate, they will have to mention that TL-OCW is only a content provider.

We do not have CMS Solution like Blackboard or ecollege? What do we do?
TL-OCW will provide everything under the open course licensing free of cost. We will provide Moodle CMS hosting to client institutions. We will also do the free installation and setup.

Don't you charge some fee on per student basis or share in revenue?
No. We do not take any share from student fee or any share in revenue.

Am i really going to pay something / Hidden costs?
Yes, we do require following support from institutions.
(1) Institutions will have to provide 2 free seats out of every 15 paid seats to deserving students (Enrolled in courses supported by us).
(2) Institutions will have to provide 1 free seat out of every 15 paid seats to a handicapped student (Enrolled in courses supported by us).
(3) Institutions will pay for the real data hosting / streaming / broadcasting expences.

Can you help students in getting visa, immegration to U.K. or any other country.
Please understand that we are only a content provider company. We are only providing course contents. We can-not and we do-not help or assist in any kind of visa or immegration service.
